Quality and environmental policy

Innovo Technology’s principle of action is the development of its activity of Distribution of active, passive and electromechanical electronic components and interconnections with a commitment to total customer satisfaction and respect for the environment, ensuring at all times compliance with customer, legal and/or regulatory requirements.

Therefore, the Management of Innovo Technology is committed to lead, implement and maintain an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 standards following the following guidelines:

1. Compliance with Environmental Legal Requirements and other applicable requirements, as well as other requirements to which the organization subscribes.
2. Commitment to customer satisfaction and stakeholder needs and expectations.
3. Commitment to continuous improvement, establishing and verifying compliance with annual objectives and goals.
4. Promoting environmental responsibility at all levels of the company by providing adequate training to all personnel.
5. Prevention, control and minimization of the environmental effects generated in the environment, derived from our activity, including pollution control.
6. Promoting the implementation of waste segregation programs at source, to favor its subsequent reuse and/or proper disposal.
7. Commitment to provide information to interested parties.
8. Selection of suppliers and subcontractors based on quality and environmental criteria.
9. Collaboration with the authorities.

The quality of service and the minimization of the environmental impact, consequence of the productive activity of Innovo Technology, is everyone’s responsibility, so each worker of the company is committed to comply and develop the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, in order to achieve a better execution of work, added value for everyone.
